When 4 and 4NT may be interpreted as natural, the jump
to 5 is ace asking. This usually occurs when the last bid
is 3NT. Opener responds:

5 = 0 or 4
5 = 1
5 = 2
5NT = 3

Responder's next bid at the five level, including 5NT, is a
signoff.
